GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Confirmation:
Every booking, or enquiry, will be answered, or confirmed, usually within a couple of hours, and never later than 24 hours after received. All rates need to be reconfirmed by us to become binding.
Policy on children (between 2 and 12 years of age):

Free extrabed. Max 1 extrabed per room. Compulsory breakfast to be paid directly to the hotel.

30% discount on transfer and tours.

50% discount on lunch and dinner.
All rates include:
- 10% service charge and applicable VAT.
- Accomodation in single, twin, double or triple room with breakfast unless otherwise specified.

Triple room is usually a double-/twinroom with extrabed.
Compulsory dinner on the 24th and 31st of December is not included
Payment:
Full prepayment by bank transfer or credit card is required 3 weeks before (and never later than 1 day before) commencement of services. We provide all details about this when we confirm your booking!
Cancellation & Amendments:
21+ days: Full refund.
21-14 days: 10% remain non refundable.
14-7 days: 25% remain non refundable.
7-1 days: 50% remain non refundable.
21-14 days: 10% remain non refundable.
14-7 days: 25% remain non refundable.
7-1 days: 50% remain non refundable.
This is our strictest terms of cancellation/amendment, we always try to minimize the costs for our customers, but on a case to case basis where no promises are given.
